The Verdict

So after reading it, I decided to check the authenticity of the e-mail. In fact, as taken from the American Stroke Association (http://www.strokeassociation.org/presenter.jhtml?identifier=1020), they had a section which teaches people how to recognize a stroke.

So here is what they have wrote:

Stroke is a medical emergency. Know these warning signs of stroke and teach them to others. Every second counts:
- Sudden numbness or weakness of the face, arm or leg, especially on one side of the body
- Sudden confusion, trouble speaking or understanding
- Sudden trouble seeing in one or both eyes
- Sudden trouble walking, dizziness, loss of balance or coordination
- Sudden, severe headache with no known cause

So I believed the 3 steps mentioned in the e-mail is correct. However, about the information that the neurologist saying he could reverse the effects of a stroke - that I am not quite sure so I guess I need to do more research on this point :D
